We enjoyed staying at the Beckman Beach Retreat condo again!! We love the beachfront view and easy access to the beach & swimming pools, golfing, shopping & restaurants in the area!
We hope to make this place our annual destination! Thanks again to the owners who were available if needed and were even able to get us in as we arrived earlier than expected before check in time!!

The two bedroom condo which easily sleeps ten was beautifully decorated. On the beach, we could hear the ocean and see the beach. Our experience met our high expectations. Mike and Carol were gracious in meeting all of our needs. It was a 5 star experience all the way.

We absolutely LOVE vacationing here! This made our 4th stay and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Mike always makes sure we are taken care of and that everything goes smoothly during our trip. It’s become our home away from home and we adore everything single thing about this condo. It’s always hard to come home. We can’t wait to plan another trip. Thank you so much Mike and Carol for EVERYTHING!

Our stay at Beckman Beach Retreat was so relaxing and we had a great view of the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This condo is on the 8th floor of Tower II and is a super nice place to stay!  The owner is very responsive and extremely accommodating!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Beckman’s Beach Retreat! It honestly doesn’t get any better. Everything you need is within the Resort. The condo is right off the elevator which is super convenient, especially with a toddler. We saw some amazing sunsets on the balcony. It’s our go-to place for vacation! The condo has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Mike kept us updated with Hurricane Ian during our stay which gave us peace of mind since it was the first time we’ve traveled down during Hurricane season. Luckily, the weather was PERFECT! Thank you Mike and Carol for being so good to us and for letting us stay again. We can’t wait to come back!!

Memorable Family Vacation,

We stayed in June and had the best time! The condo is beautiful. All of the extra items available for the beach were so thoughtful. We had our children and another family with us. The view was beautiful. We loved the kitchen table and living room overlooking the pool and beach. The bunk beds were such a treat to our boys. It was so spacious. The memories made will be special to us for years to come. We look forward to trying to get this condo for our future visits. Thanks to the Beckman’s for a wonderful vacation.

We haves stayed at many condos in PCB, so I can easily say that these owners were the best! Not only is the condo beautiful and has everything you can need. Plenty of pots and dishes and baking supplies, including a crock pot which was so great. We put a meal in it in the morning, went down to the beach and had a great meal ready for our hungry family. Lots of beach toys for the kids too. But the biggest plus was how these owners went above and beyond to make a couple requests I had possible! I honestly feel like I made a friend. We highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in an awesome condo. This property is in a great location, easy access, close to elevator and trash chute. Wonderful amenities also. We love the location, the condo layout and the beautiful view. Pools are awesome and the restaurant on the property is so convenient

I have been staying in Panama City Beach my entire life, staying at Edgewater, and this was by far the best condo and stay that I have ever had.  Great beds, including bunk beds in the hallway; Great view, balcony and huge picture window; all the amenities that someone would need at the beach, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle stuff for kids, and much more.  During the stay, Mike was in constant communication, ensuring that everything was up to par and that we didn’t need anything.  You can tell that they took all the good things from their previous stays, anywhere, and ensured they brought them to you in their get-a-way.  Absolutely amazing place.  10/10 recommend every time.  Thank you for the stay.

My husband and I have used VRBO many times throughout the United States and this condo is by far the best condo we’ve had the pleasure of renting!

Mike is the absolute best owner we’ve had the pleasure of communicating with!  He responded very quickly to any questions we had and followed up to ensure everything met our needs!

The condo is beautiful with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets!

Everything is well stocked from kitchen necessities to bedding and all conveniences a guest could ask for!

If you are imagining, a peaceful getaway with all (and yes, I do mean “ALL”) the comforts of home this IS the one. The ocean views from the balcony, (& dining area & kitchen & den & even the hallway) are spectacular, from sunrise to sunset.

This place has everything you could possibly need, right where you would expect to find it. You can tell that it was decorated by people who love nature and the ocean. It is beautifully appointed but you also feel like you can kick off your shoes and and get comfortable.

You can tell it’s been renovated and redecorated recently because everything is fresh with that perfect beachy vibe. The king bed in the Master is extremely comfortable. My husband even took naps in the hall bed and the guest room. (because he is just weird like that) He said those beds are comfortable as well. 🙂

This unit is located close to EVERYTHING. The door is steps from the elevators. (There are 2 and they are fast) A short hallway gets you to the pool and the sidewalk leads you to Oceans Bar and Grill and even a little market. (Edgie’s) Most restaurants deliver free or very reasonably. AND did I mention, the beautiful, amazing white sand beach and emerald blue green waters are merely steps away?

We loved the security and feeling safe and protected 24/7. This is an exceptionally clean resort and I am convinced they mop the lobby and hallway floors every hour.

Mike and Carol are fabulous host and hostess, and have added those special touches to make you feel comfortable so you can RELAX and ENJOY your stay here. We SURE did. December 2021

The experience was great. Right on the beach and close to everything you would need.

Myself, husband, 2 adult daughters with their hubbies, and 14yo son all stayed in this amazing condo and we have zero complaints! Everything was perfect! Condo has all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. Breathtaking view, plenty of beds for everyone, there is the cutest bunk nook with full bed on bottom and twin on top perfect for kids. Beautiful decor. Plenty of closet, dresser, storage space to feel at home away from home.

Edgewater Resort is a secure gated community and their facilities are very accommodating as well. The most beautiful pool I have ever seen at any resort! Restaurant and ice cream shop attached to Tower II which is where this condo is. The best part is the owners of this condo personally communicated with me and were a text/call away to ensure the entire trip was as it should be!

I was pleased with the professionalism and hospitality from the owner, Mr Beckman. He seemed more like a friend instead of just another rental owner. Looking forward to the next time, and I will refer Beckman Beach Retreat to my friends and family. People like Mike Beckman and his family and hard people to come by in this crazy world. Condo is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Has a lot of space. The additional bunk nook makes it perfect for families with more than 2 children. Views are spectacular. Pools and beach are just steps away. Communication with owners is excellent, they help make sure you enjoy your stay. Extra beach chairs and toys were available in the condo which is appreciated.

This condo is AWESOME!! It is spacious and conveniently located. We had room for all and didn’t feel cramped one bit. The condo was tastefully decorated. All other friends that were with us were jealous. They were impressed with the decoration and space compared to theirs.

The resort was better than any high rise we have stayed in. Elevators were good- the beach may be a little crowded from time to time on the waters edge but there was plenty of space still available. (We were there week of 7/4/21- so crowds were to be expected.)

We weren’t so sure of the location for our baseball/beach trip but we were impressed!! We will stay in Beckman’s condo again- think it will be our PCB go to for years to come! Thank you!

The view from the condo is breathtaking! The resort itself was clean and very well taken care of. As well as the condo. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The Beckman Beach Retreat condo was absolutely incredible. Right on the ocean with an amazing view. It had everything we needed for our stay. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay in Florida.

The condo’s location was so convenient…right off the elevators. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was! Seconds away from the beach, both pool areas, and the Oceans Restaurant. It’s right in the middle of everything and just minutes away from anything you could think of doing.

When we arrived the condo was spotless. The master bedroom and bathroom was amazing with plenty of room and a beautiful shower. All we had to do was arrive…all the details were on paper making it super easy to start relaxing. Everyone at Edgewater resort was very friendly and made our stay fun.

It was our daughter’s first Florida trip and she loved everything about the beach! We had a great time jet skiing to see the dolphins and Shell island. Despite losing my phone in the middle of the ocean we still had the best time and would do it over and over again. Thank you Mike and Carol for sharing your place with us. It was a dream vacation!

The Beckman Beach Retreat was just what my family needed. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. All the amenities within the condo appeared to be new and well taken care of. The proximity of the room from the elevator was ideal – very convenient. The view from the balcony was a “million-dollar view!” The resort had more pools than we could count complete with waterfalls and hot tubs.

Food was located within the resort, and it was delicious. Many other restaurants were located within a short drive.

I’d highly recommend this condo, and the owners were excellent to work with! If you’re looking for a fun vacation for you and your family, then this is it!

Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and an amazing view! Such a clean and comfortable stay. The resort is easily located among shopping, restaurants, arcade, bowling and indoor skating rink and the pools and access to beach AMAZING! 3 moms took kids a d was a blast!

We have frequently vacationed at the Edgewater and it is the best place to stay in PCB. The owners of this condo went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. When we arrived at the security gate, they had already been notified by the owners that we were coming and had temporary vehicle passes available without a wait. We arrived to find this unit very convenient to the elevator, extremely clean, and well stocked for our stay. Tower II is only steps away from a heated pool, hot tub, beach access, Ocean’s restaurant, and Edgie’s Corner Market. The view from the condo is spectacular, windows across the entire beach front, with a great balcony to enjoy sunsets. At night, the room was quiet, and the beds slept comfortably. The kids also enjoyed a few rounds of golf, some pickle ball and basketball onsite and just a short walk across the private bridge at the Edgewater. There are also plenty of top-rated restaurants just across the street. Would highly recommend this condo!

My friends and I had the absolute best time staying here! We were there from March 20-27 and the experience was unbeatable. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach front view was everything you could ask for! The condo had everything we needed and more and accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and comfortably! We were within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and it ended up being nothing short of perfect for a group of college kids! The heated pool and hot tub were also perfect for those chillier/windier days on the beach and were conveniently just right downstairs! Anything that was not within reasonable walking distance was no more than a 10-15 minute car ride away so the convenience of location is truly unmatched. We had so much fun and my friends have already been asking me when we can come back! If you’re looking for a beautiful, beach-front view and accommodations you can’t beat, this is your place! I definitely plan to book with Beckman Beach Retreat for any and all of my future trips to PCB!
